MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 4 - includes infants. All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $150 NZD per person/per day will be made to your credit card.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to local regulations and respect for neighbors, we need exact head counts of your guests at all times.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS - Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or authorities being called to the Property will result in a minimum $750 NZD charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
LOCAL NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outdoors only. ** If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $750 NZD fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.
In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
PET FEE $100 NZD PER PET. MUST BE PRE-PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any furniture. Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.
Absolutely no illegal substances or activities on premises. We will report any such activities to the authorities.
Please be careful around the waterfront areas. No running or jumping on decks or near the water. Children must be supervised at all times near water.

Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $15,000 NZD per violation.
